Home made Ravioli

YUM! I made from scratch home made chicken and pork ravioli, and it turned out great! I took photos of the process and then forgot to take a final photo of the finished prepared product! It looked so good, I served it up and we all ate it and then I remembered, ha ha. This post is more for my mom, ha ha, I think she is the only one who will care I made ravioli, but oh well. Mom I will make it again and actually take a photo of the final meal.

I used his bottle to make the right size

The filling: ground chicken and pork, sage, garlic, salt and pepper

Before they got boiled and cooked. 

I made a cream sauce to go with it: oil, garlic, cream, white wine, lemon rind. Mixed the boiled ravioli with the sauce, served, and poured buttered sauteed sage leaves on top to finish it off. I had extra filling so I made them into meat balls, and served them as well, with asparagus on the side. Very yummy!
