Travis had is 1 year check up on Thursday, got his 1 year shots, 3 needles, and our little champ didn't even cry! I was so proud. We had to wait a bit in the waiting room, and he was getting restless and hungry, so i thought it was going to be awful, but nope, he just fidgeted because he wanted to run around. Here's his results:
Weight: 20.24 lbs (9.2 kg) Yes, he finally reached the 20 lb mark, and he finally gained weight, after months of hovering around the 18 lb mark.
Height: 74.5 cm :)
That's it, everything else is good, he's healthy, active, appetite is growing, making the transition to cows milk good.
A child's intelligence amazes me and amuses me everyday. When we say bath to him, he says it back and starts heading upstairs to the bathroom. When we say outside, he gives me my shoes and heads to the front door. If I bring the laundry basket into the laundry room, he joins me and then helps me sort the clothes (in his own way, thrown all over the room). He knows the word milk, and sleepytime, and blanket. He's learned to take his clothes off, which is proving to make staying dressed difficult :) I know I am bragging but we are so proud and he's awesome, ha ha. He waves good bye now and is blowing kisses.
Ok enough bragging. :)
